We offer free ground shipping on all U.S. orders over €150. Your order ships within 1-2 business days from our Los Angeles warehouse and delivery takes up to 5 business days. 

If you’d like to receive your order sooner, express and overnight shipping options are available at checkout. Expedited and international shipping fees will depend on your location and on the size of your order, and will be calculated at checkout.

Yes, we do! Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and sales taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number, allowing you to follow your order to your doorstep.

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 15 days of the invoice date. Items must be returned with all original packaging and accessories, and with all tags still attached. We do not accept any swimwear items where the hygienic strip has been removed or altered in any way. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with this returns policy.

We are sorry you didn’t fall in love with your OPP Swimwear purchase. To return your order, please email us at orders@oppswimwear.com and include: 

• Your order number in the subject line
• Name and size of the item(s) you do not wish to keep, found in your order confirmation email
• Reason for the return

Upon receipt of your email, a member of our team will contact you with detailed return instructions.

Your refund will be issued to the original form of payment used to place the order, and it can take up to 14 days to appear in your account. 

Please note that any shipping charges, customs duties and international sales taxes are not refunded by OPP Swimwear.

If you’d like to make an exchange for a different size, colour or style, simply place a new order for the desired item and return your existing item for a refund.

Please note that due to the recycled nature of materials used, some components, such as buttons, may vary in colour and texture.
